Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way!

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We do our best to keep shipping affordable while ensuring your items arrive safely and in great condition.

 

Shipping Carriers:

 

We primarily ship through USPS and UPS, depending on the size and destination of your package. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

 

Delivery Time:

 

Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days within the U.S., depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

 

Local Pickup/Delivery (Optional):

 

If you're local to our area (Massachusetts), we may offer pickup or local delivery on select days. Please contact us before ordering if you’d like to coordinate this.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages:

 

Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we’ll do our best to help, but we are not responsible for postal delays or errors.

 

Incorrect Addresses:

 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
